Last updated 4 June 2026.
This policy explains how LCT Fulfilment Services Ltd("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you contact us, when you enquire about becoming a partner, or when you use our website. We are committed to handling your personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
LCT Fulfilment Services Ltdis the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. We are a company registered in England & Wales, with our registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Our company number is pending registration.

What personal data we collect
Most of the personal data we hold comes directly from you when you complete our Become a partner enquiry form or otherwise get in touch. This typically includes:
- your name, work email address, telephone number and job role;
- your company or organisation name and business segment;
- information about your installation volumes, the low-carbon technologies you are interested in, and any message or details you choose to share with us.
When you visit our website, our hosting and security systems also process limited technical data, such as your IP address. This is used transiently to keep the site secure and to rate-limit form submissions, and is not used to build a profile of you.
Why we use your data and our lawful bases
We use your personal data to:
- respond to your enquiry and discuss whether our service is a good fit;
- set up, manage and deliver our managed-fulfilment service to business clients;
- keep records of our communications and meet our legal and regulatory obligations;
- protect our website and systems against misuse, fraud and security threats.
Our lawful basis for most of this processing is our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, running and improving our service, and keeping our systems secure, balanced against your rights and expectations. Where the law requires it, or where you have given it, we rely on your consent, for example for certain optional cookies or marketing. Where we have a contract or legal obligation, we rely on those bases instead.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to run our service, and always under appropriate contracts. This includes trusted service providers acting as our processors, such as our website hosting provider and our email delivery provider, who process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where we are required to do so by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
International transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement, so that your data continues to receive an essentially equivalent level of protection.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and to meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations. When we no longer need it, we securely delete or anonymise it.
How we protect your data
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. These include access controls, encryption in transit, and limiting access to those who need it to do their job.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data (rectification);
- ask us to erase your data in certain circumstances;
- ask us to restrict how we use your data;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- request portability of data you have provided to us, where applicable.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@lowcarbon.services. We will respond within the statutory time limits and will not charge a fee in most cases.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the ICO, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
Our website uses a limited number of cookies and similar technologies. For details of what we use and how to manage your preferences, please see our Cookie policy.
